A special rate is offered to active duty Military, Firefighters and Police Officers. This rate is $9.99 for Unlimited internet access with a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $9.00. If you choose the 150 hour limited plan, the price is $1.00 less, or $8.99 per month. To signup for this special rate, select "Military Rate" on the signup page and provide your id or badge number, as well as the name of your employer when asked.

If you do not have a credit card, you can usually acquire a debit card from the bank where you have your checking account.
